Created in September 2015, The Field Guides is a monthly podcast that gives the audience the experience of being out on the trail with them. The hosts, Steve and Bill, choose a natural history topic, research peer reviewed scientific publications on that topic, and report what they found in an entertaining and clear manner. The goal of the show is to make peer-reviewed and relatively unknown science more digestible to biologists, naturalists, and lay-people alike.

Listen to our current episodes and if you want to support the current effort and invest in a better show, we would greatly appreciate your pledges. The money will go to website fees, investing in new equipment, and toward environmental causes that we want to support.
