The Shelf-Care Podcast is like an island vacation where you spend your mornings in yoga, your afternoons in a book, your evenings in a sheet mask, and you’re in bed before 11PM (ok, 10:30). It’s a place where a woman can find her next great read, latest skincare obsession, and new favorite wellness hack in less than 60 minutes.

I’m launching The Shelf-Care Podcast because I’m a woman in my thirties who finds that most podcasts fall into one of two categories: beauty or brains. Sure, I want to find out about products to splurge on at Sephora, but I don’t want to spend my precious time listening to a podcast only about serums. I also haven’t found a bookish podcast that isn’t boring or too heavy on genre fiction. I want something soothing AND substantial. I want a podcast that marries my love for Well + Good, Book of the Month, and Glossier. And since I am a basic Millennial who loves pink, I know that there are many other women out there just like me.
