Since 2014, BFFs Katharine Heller and Sally Tamarkin have been co-hosting The Struggle Bus, a bi-weekly advice podcast. On each episode, Kate and Sally catch up with each other, jibber jabber about things that are happening in the world and in pop culture, share what they've done for self-care since the last episode, and read listener emails on air and give advice on everything from work and career to relationships, breakups, family tension, trauma, coping with stress, gender and sexuality, and lots more. Their credentials? They have lots of feelings and lots of opinions. And lots of experience coping with mental health (their own and other people's).

With 150+ episodes, two live shows in Brooklyn (with special guests including Janeane Garofalo, Josh Gondelman, Mychal Denzel Smith, and Molly Knefel), and countless recommendations of talk therapy, Kate and Sally are trying to create spaces where it's OK to talk about mental health, ask for help, and take care of each other.
