I set up the podcast to help others to avoid some of the challenges and pitfalls that I had to overcome. It's like a coaching coffee chat in your pocket to take wherever you are.

If you join at this level then you become a member of my mastermind group which is called 'The Conclave'.
The Conclave is a private community of learning that is only available to a limited number of people who get to meet with me monthly and discuss issues and solutions.
The group meets online on the last Monday of the month from 8pm onwards.
Each member of the group will get direct support from me as well as the collective intelligence of the other members of the group to enhance our abilities and develop our skills.
From time to time I will bring a guest presenter from the podcast to lead the session.

So glad that you came here as it means that you value the stuff that I do (quite why, I don't know, but they say it takes all sorts so who am I to argue!).
I spent 15 years making loads of mistakes and having to overcome lots of difficulty on my quest to improve as a coach, parent and talent developer. I started the site to help others to avoid the pitfalls and to accelerate their learning...something I wish I had when I was making my way in this space.
It's a vocation...and its something that I love doing...but it costs...your support means the world to me...not only does it say that you value the content but it also says that you are prepared to part with your hard earned cash to give me your vote of confidence...
