“Too powerful to be destroyed. Too Intelligent to be captured. This being still pursues its savage dream.” – Swamp Thing

The Tomb of Anubis has been talking shit about movies on and off since 1999, focusing on low budget horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and action flicks. The current incarnation (thetombofanubis.com) has been active since 2013 and has narrowed its aim to only movies (and the occasional TV series) released since the year 2000. We've always striven to keep the site as ad free as possible, never posting for money but for the sheer ego boost of throwing my bitter opinions into the murky ocean of the internet like so much chum. We just thought we'd give our fans a chance to say thanks with their digital monies. Said dinero will go toward paying for the site's annual url cost, purchasing hard-to-find movies on physical media for future reviews (like a $30 Region 4 DVD copy of Godfrey Ho's "Manhattan Chase"), and the occasional Baconator to keep my brain energized while trying to throw down some humorous material.

As motivation to help loosen up your wallets a little, once a month I'll be posting EXCLUSIVE reviews for pre-2000 movies through our Patreon page for our $2+ contributors. So, for those who miss my belligerent back talking of the good, bad and ugly of the '70s, '80s and '90s, here's your chance to relive the golden years of the original Tomb!

Hell, if we can get enough support, maybe this will finally fund that tToA book I've been teasing since 2013...

For your dollar, you will get my eternal thanks... and your name tacked up on my "Friends of the Tomb" page... if that's what you're into.

For $2,in addition to my eternal thanks and your name etched in history upon our "Friends of the Tomb" page, you'll gain access to one Patreon EXCLUSIVE review each month! These reviews will be for 20th century movies and include plenty of those classic obscure flicks that most people have never heard of (and for good reason). It'll be like the good old days of Tomb 1.5!

At the $3 level, not only will you get the eternal thanks of a Death God, a place lodged deep in the annals of history as one of our "Friends of the Tomb", and access to the once-a-month Patreon EXCLUSIVE old timey review, but I will also do a movie review of YOUR choosing (some restrictions apply) for either thetombofanubis.com or the Patreon EXCLUSIVE series.

See all that stuff from the $3 tier? You get ALL of that (I'm not retyping it again), except you'll receive a review for a movie of your choosing EVERY SIX MONTHS! I'll even review YOUR movie if you're an indie maker looking for some press! And just for fun, I'll even print out physical copies of your reviews, sign 'em, and mail them to you. Groovy, eh?
Goals
$0 of $10 per month
Having just posted Episode 81 as of writing this, I have 19 reviews ahead of me before the big 1-0-0! Wouldn't it be cool to hit $10 before the big event? With your help (and your dead presidents encouraging me), I hope to get us there all the faster! :D
