Odds are, you've found this page through one of our audio drama podcasts: Middle:Below, The Tower or Tin Can. That's more or less why we're here: to tell great stories with great audio storytelling.
Tin Can Audio is an audio drama production collective based in Glasgow, Scotland. It was founded in 2017 by David Devereux following the surprising success of his sci-fi audio drama podcast Tin Can. However it has now expanded to become a plethora of shows as well as a collective of writers, voice artists, sound designers and musicians.
Our current roster of shows:
The Tower: an experimental audio fiction concept album
Middle:Below: a show about ghosts, cats, and the slightly odd people who care for them
Folxlore: Queer horror stories set in Glasgow. A collaboration with In The Works
The Workshop: Audio essays and curiosities from David Devereux
By becoming a Patreon supporter you are helping us to bring these audio stories to life. We're a disparate group from all around the UK, and to get us all in a room to record requires time off work, travel, food, and then releasing the content involves hosting costs, review aggregates, website costs, all of which you'll be helping to cover. Your support will also allow us to upgrade our recording space and purchase new equipment.
In return for your support you'll receive regular updates on what we're working on, early access to anything and everything we release, season passes for shows, as well as exclusive bonus content including blooper reels, live show recordings and production notes.
Podcasting has allowed us tell these stories and release them in a way for everyone to enjoy. We don't want to change that, and we refuse to hide what we make behind a subscription service or a paywall. Tin Can & Middle:Below will always be free, and if you can't or don't want to become a Patreon supporter, just listening to our shows is more than enough.
