Who are you?

My name's Tomasz Kaye, I make animations, the best known are  George Ought to Help, Edgar the Exploiter, and You Can Always Leave. You can find more in this playlist

What are you asking for?

By joining the other patrons you'll be helping me to make animations and other media promoting radically freed markets and the abolition of systematic threats of violence against peaceful people.

The response to my previous videos has convinced me that there's a big enough audience out there who are receptive to these ideas.

Patrons who see my videos popping up on facebook and twitter have the satisfaction of knowing that they helped create them!

You can pledge any amount, you're always free to cancel, and you can set a maximum monthly payout amount via the Patreon site to make sure you're never donating more than you can afford.

Why use Patreon?

I've funded previous videos through individual  crowd-funding campaigns. Setting up an attractive campaign costs a good deal of time and energy. To the extent that my Patreon campaign is successful, I can avoid that extra overhead and dedicate more of my time to making videos that I think will make a difference in the world.

Can I help in some other way?

I love $1 supporters! I'd much rather have many low amount pledges than a few big ones. The combined revenue from the lower amounts is more stable over time. This helps me plan ahead and avoid unpleasant surprises.
Supporter $5
$5 or more per Animation 15 patrons
Early access to finished content. And all lower tier Supporter rewards.
Supporter $10
$10 or more per Animation 0 patrons
Get an invite to a Google hangout (or equivalent) after I publish each new work. And all lower tier Supporter rewards.
Benefactor. $200
$200 or more per Animation 4 patrons

Your name will be included in a slide during the video's end credits. Includes all the Supporter rewards.
Evil Moustache-Twirling Capitalist. $500
$500 or more per Animation 0 of 8 patrons
Your organisation's logo and web address will be displayed in the end credits of each new video you helped to fund. Includes all the Supporter rewards.
Goals
$1,254 of $4,000 per Animation
This is the current (monetary) opportunity cost to me for creating an animated video. If I could raise this amount through Patreon then - ignoring the psychic payoff I get from producing this stuff - focusing on this full-time would be the most economically rational thing for me to do!

That means more frequent, and better, videos.
