I grew up in a midwestern town not far from Chicago, where I got to experience the benefits and beauties of both urban and rural lifestyles. I began drawing at a hilariously young age, because I see things in my head that I just want so badly to share.

But amateur don't pay, so I've been working in the service industry from the age of 15. I got a great scholarship to pay for art school, but there was a stipulation. at the 4 year mark - it ran out and I became temporarily ineligible for practically everything.

I began to sell marketing to a store I worked at, but the relationship went sour when I realized I was fixing the plumbing and dealing with the owner's incompetence more than I was designing the signs or press. I realized then that I don't want to help greedy people make money from false confidence for the rest of my life.

I want to make the things in my head real. I want to evoke a certain happiness, and try to have a discourse through my stories.

Right now I'm still trying to find time to get the preliminary confidence in producing a wide variety of settings and characters - so the work you'll be seeing for at least a while is in progress, and very rough.

Any contribution helps - especially if it's telling me something.

I will start posting my character turn-arounds for visitors to gander at. And I'll buy a new pen!
