We're turning bedtime into “me time” by providing our supporters with super relaxing sleep meditations that are designed to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Your Patronage helps us cover the cost of creating each new sleep meditation episode, which takes considerable time and resources to produce.  We license all our background music tracks from independent musicians such as Christopher Lloyd Clarke, Jim Butler, Jeff Woodall, Jordan Jessep and many others.

All of our guided meditations are written by a Master NLP Practitioner & Certified Master Hypnotist, so you know they are going to be effective at helping relax and fall asleep fast!
