Welcome to Tracks To Relax Meditations! We're turning bedtime into “me time” by providing our supporters with super relaxing audio meditations that are designed to help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Thank you to all our Patrons for your support and helping us reach 500 Patrons! We'll be releasing a special sleep meditation in celebration of achieving that goal very soon! 

We've now set a new goal of 1000 Patrons as we dedicate more time and resources to the creation of our guided meditations! When we hit 1000 Patrons, we'll be including new Fable Sleep Meditations in addition to our regular Guided Meditation sessions so you can also enjoy interesting bedtime stories presented in a soothing voice as you drift off to sleep!

Your Patronage helps us cover the cost of creating each new episode, which take considerable time and resources to produce.  We license all our background music tracks from musicians such as Jeff Woodall, Christopher Lloyd Clarke and Jim Butler so that we are supporting their efforts too.
