The genesis of our webpage (travel2walk.com) and youtube channel was a place where I can write down our trips and experiences. The process of writing allows me the time to reflect after a trip and figure out what I enjoyed and what went well. We all have our own reasons and preferences in our travels and I don't profess you should go about it the way we do. But hopefully our work will inspire you to get out there to try it yourself. Additionally, we hope our long and detailed magazine styled trip reports and short videos will give you some idea of how to plan for your trip, know what to expect from your trip, and save you a few dollars on your trip.

The purpose of this Patreon is for you to directly interact with me and have my undivided attention in the following ways:

1. You will have a say in the content and destination of our travels. Whether it's directing my time to write up a past trip report or to direct me to go hike and then write up a trip report of a place we can get to within reason.
2. This is a place you can bring questions about hiking, backpacking, travel, or the travel hacking enthusiast game. Hopefully, we can get you out there and enjoy the world.
3. I will have a weekly update on what I'm working on and new upcoming trip plans.
