$25 per each podcast (up to twice a month)
At this level I'll be able to not only continue to create and release the Indie Talks podcast, but improve my equipment for it. I'll also be able to ramp up my Game School efforts - a detailed look at creating and publishing games through podcasts, articles and more. I'll commit to doing at least four extra episodes, which will feature multiple industry guests in a round-table format. A lot like the Arthurian tales, but less armor and bloodshed. At this level, I'll also pay it forward and patronize one or two other creators here on Patreon.
Indie Talks goes weekly.
$50 per each podcast (up to twice a month)
If I reach this amount I'll commit to producing 50+ episodes a year, with new and returning guests. I will only post a maximum of 2 episodes per month to Patreon as content patrons will be paying for. So you pay no more than you did before but enjoy twice the content.
More than an extra - another!
$100 per each podcast (up to twice a month)
At this level, I'll be able to split my to favorite topics - playing games and designing games - into two distinct podcasts! Indie Talks will continue to be a weekly podcast and I'll add to it at least one monthly Game School podcast.

About

Born and raised in MA, shortly after High School I fled the states after a failed bid at becoming Mayor of a small, suburban town. I drifted through Europe with a group of ex-pats doing odd jobs and eventually we pooled together and bought a chicken farm. After making a significant amount of Euros from the sale of eggs I migrated back to the east coast of the USA where I invested all of my savings into a kite manufacturer. In my spare time I enjoy lobbing eggs at kites. Currently I work with a whole host of brilliant people who do horrible things to their computers and then turn to me with a pleading look on their faces.

About Me
I seem to find myself with a fairly large hat collection when it comes to tabletop games. I have a website dedicated to games played between at least two people on a table. Multiple authors cover lots of stuff, from RPGs to board and card games. Through that website I also publish a bi-weekly podcast called Indie Talks. There, I talk with other creators, publishers and the occasional actor or movie maker about games, crowd funding, the creative process and what they consider to be the prime gaming snack. I've published several games under the Troll in the Corner banner, including Argyle & Crew (the sock puppet RPG for kids and adults), Ninja - Silent but Deadly and most recently, Fools!

Why Become my Patron?
I would like to continue producing and publishing my podcast, Indie Talks. I've had some fantastic guests on in the past and plan on having more fantastic guests on in the future - but the cost of equipment to be able to produce more reliably and create better sounding content is a barrier. I'd love to be able to do this without seeking advertising and sponsorship for the podcast. That would mean less time listening to ads and more time listening to the people who make the things you love playing.

Indie Talks
Indie Talks - a bi-weekly podcast covering the world of table top games as seen by creators, artists, publishers and others affiliated with the hobby. I talk to all sorts of people directly involved in the industry about what drives them to make and play games. I've gotten 40 episodes completed and 39 released and have already lined up a number of industry guests for upcoming podcasts.

I love, absolutely love talking to people in the gaming industry. As the show progresses, I'm going to be focusing just as much on how to get into the industry and create and have your own games published as I will talking about new and exiting games coming from industry veterans. I'll be covering board games, card games, RPGs and everything in between.

Why Patreon?
You can use Patreon to support me on any or all of these endeavors. Pledge $1 by way of thanks and expect to spend between up to $2 a month. If I release more than 2 podcasts in a given month, think of them as an extra value! Of course, you can always limit how much and how often you pledge automatically. If you enjoy the show and would like to offer even more support, by all means pledge more!
