About Trossachs Wild Apothecary - herbs, food and yoga

The Apothecary's Apprentice is an online membership in herbs, wild food and restorative yoga.

Through videos and pdfs, virtual foraging walks, cook alongs, medicine making, herbal workshops, meditations and restorative yoga classes we will develop the craft, connecting with our inner wisdom, the nature around us, the seasons and our own body.

Freedom of movement and connection to our bodies might help to open up our intuition and enable us to collect, gather and make our medicines without nagging pain in the body. Taking a few moments from our day to relax and move may help to relieve stress which in itself is a cause of much illness and unrest.  All exercises are pelvic floor friendly.

Our medicine women and men of the past due to the very nature of life had a closer connection to nature and the land, I feel that the loss of that connection has caused some of the maladies of our recent lives.  This paetron aims to reconnect to our intuition, to herbs, to the season, to our bodies, our folk practices and the land around us.  It is time to reclaim the medicine of our land.

In the podcasts I interview herbalists, healers, foragers, nutritionists, growers, movement practitioners, women crafters and other wise folk to provide you with a wealth of expert knowledge to progress your learning.

About me:
I am a medical herbal student in the UK on a NIMH certified 'Heartwood Foundation' professional course, and have a diploma in nutritional therapy from The College of Naturopathic Medicine.  I have studied Seasonal Yoga teacher training, Scaravelli yoga, and am currently training in Core Restore with Lauren O'hayon.  I run child-friendly foraging walks, The Little Alchemists'Club (online course for families to learn about Wild Food), wild kitchen medicine workshops, and restorative core yoga classes helping to heal pelvic health issues (diastasis, prolapse, incontinence), develop a functional core and supple spine.  These classes are trauma-informed providing somatic techniques for anxiety, stress and trauma.

Your support is very much appreciated.
