About J.M. Browne
My story began when I hit the road in the spring of 2015. I was an aspiring writer looking to shake up the story of my life, and needed to take a really long drive. Early on in my travels, I met another poet who suggested I hit the streets with my typewriter to write custom poems for people passing by. Ever since that fateful night, I've typed all across the United States (under the pen-name, Typewriter Troubadour) using my typewriter as a tool to help people find the words that would help them reflect on their hopes, dreams, fears and feelings.
Behind the scenes of living and working as a full time traveling writer I have created a body of work based on my adventures on the other side of the typewriter. My plan is to use Patreon as a platform to share this side of my literary voice for the first time ever! Join me on my hero's journey as I document and deconstruct relationships, gender & sexuality, addiction & spirituality and all the adventures I've had since I hit the road with my typewriter.
