Welcome to my Patreon page! My name is Amanda and I became a personal trainer several years ago because of my passion for helping people live and feel better. Then I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and decided to combine my love of helping people move better with what I know from living with a disability and chronic pain with my personal training experience. 

Don't worry though. This space is not only for disabled people or those with chronic illness. Although they will find support here, I also welcome non-disabled people who just want to get fitter without the pressure of making their bodies look a certain way.
