Hello and thank you for your interest in my page. My name is Sandra, I have been vegan since 2014 and an animal rights activist for one year.
I am committed wholeheartedly to animal liberation and am dedicated to do my part for this cause.
I started out by volunteering for Anonymous for the Voiceless in Portland, Oregon. Being part of this chapter changed me in ways I had never expected. I made the drive to Portland at least once a week for several months before I knew it was time to start my own chapter in Salem, Oregon.
I became the organizer for the Salem chapter of Anonymous for the Voiceless in August 2017 and our first official Cube of Truth was in September 2017.
I do 2-4 Cube of Truth events a month in Salem and have been trying to grow our chapter so that we can bring awareness of animal suffering to Salem and hopefully change hearts to choose compassion.
Shortly after I started the Salem chapter, I realized how much could be done in Salem when it comes to animal rights. I then started the group Salem Animal Activism with a goal in mind to bring Salem area vegans together for the animals with things like leafleting, protests, demonstrations, etc.
I have the drive and passion to continue doing these things until all animals have the freedom they deserve. I have been funding these things alone, and am asking for some support to help make Salem as effective as possible.
