About Tainted Space
Trials in Tainted Space is a free text game about exploring the universe, yourself, and its myriad inhabitants in fun and customizeable ways. Because the entire game is made in text, it's easy to change scenes on the fly. The game is built to accommodate everything from you playing a masculine-looking woman to a busty space-slattern to a hard-working mercenary just looking for his next job.
You can find the game's website at taintedspace.com for information on new builds. Free Alphas that anyone can play can be found here, though keep in mind they will often be behind supporter alphas until the game is ready for release. Patreon supporters can grab their builds under the "Creations" tab.
Why Should I Support You, And What Will I Get For It?
Well, I would hope you'd be supporting it because you like what I'm doing and want me to keep doing it as long as possible, but if that isn't the case, you'll still get early access to pre-release alpha builds until we eventually release. I'm also going to churn out a monthly story that'll be exclusive to patreon backers. Note that as I'm still experimenting with Patreon I may not be able to easily/quickly flag you as a backer on the game's website, but new Alphas WILL be shared with Patreon folks one way or another.
Once I do release the game and everyone starts being able to enjoy it at the same time, I'll be coming up with some alternatives to make sure you all get your money's worth!
