I started Chris DeSantis Coaching to provide only the things I knew I could do best to the community that I love: swimming. Over the years I have written about Positive Psychology and its many applications to swimming. I have also felt called to address the culture of coaching, particularly when it comes to abuse and the lack of accountability baked into the system to ensure that abuse continues unchecked. I hope to change that.
