My softball game was rained out and I was a little bummed, but because it was I got to see the Periscope! Fair trade :D

Expounding on Periscope and potentially perturbed Patrons, and picking pecks of peppers pickled in peppers (spicy spice!)... I really get where you were coming from in the Spreecast. You're a strikingly decent person and also (read: secondarily) we have a financial arrangement that significantly impacts your livelihood, and so it's important to see how Patreon people feel about your foray into Periscope. I can't speak for anyone but myself, but to me the point of Patreon is this: 1. I support you. 2. The financial part of that support makes it so you have an easier time making art. The form of that art cannot possibly bother me unless Patrons are expressly forbidden from partaking in it. Put another way, the form of that art cannot possibly bother me. That other people also get to see your Periscope makes me happy, not jealous! Your art has touched the hearts of so many, and there are so so so many who weep and pray for it but will never know. Every newcomer is a huge success! Nothing can change the past. If you imagine a worst case scenario of Periscope making you infini-famous and you never again speaking to us like you do in this time... personally, thoughtfully, knowing us by name and face and tattoo... the past will remain, and I will be happy that you emptied your cocoon. Onward, ever upward! The ones you may leave behind surely bear you no ill will. In conclusion! Periscope is perfect, and Patreon is perfect. When I saw today that Periscopes had happened as I slept after the Spreecast, I watched them and was glad. Even the inadvertent one!

I've been watching Kina's old videos for another project, and I thought how cool it would be if she recorded a video in pieces: first verse in 2008, second verse in 2010, chorus in 2012, bridge in 2013, last chorus today. That's impossible now (as far as I know), but wouldn't it be cool if she dug out her old A/V equipment and some wigs or something and did it that way? It turns out that I'm so excited for the video today that my brain has taken to inventing videos as a placebo. But I still think it would be an interesting effect!
