Jodi Symmonds So when I first listened to this song I thought it was brilliant, however, I was on bust public transport and so it was quite difficult to take it in. Now I have listened to it again and again. And again. Can't stop listening to it. I think it might be one of the most beautifully raw sogs I have ever heard. The lyrics are beautiful, and combined with the way you sing it I just feel so much... heart clenching sadness, yet a sense of 'release', or self-forgiveness, or both. I don't know. I absolutely love it. :) x

Romeo Crow We liked it as is in my house - Mina was dancing to it! Had her little hand in the air, finger pointing, swaying left and right - clapped when it finished, then asked for it again :)

Eli Payne Dude this is fricking awesome. It's one of my fave songs anyway (though I have a cover by Kris Allen, not the original). I love how it sounds with your voice and Yana's. It's like it was written for you two. Real life goosebumps appeared mid yoga. Next question; will we be able to download this at some point? Pretty please? Many hugs and healing vibes heading your way buddy, Namaste x

Nate Maingard Aaaah Eli, you commented, haha! Love a good guilt trip ;). Kidding, you totally rock and I had no expectations, hehe. I'm sure I can work out a way to offer a download for y'all. It may have to wait until my hand is healed so Yana and I can work on it and record a home demo version :). Big hugs you wonderful lady! N

Eli Payne Well, you know, yoga goosebumps are pretty rare, figured it deserved a comment :p a download of this would make me hugely happy. I'm on my way to see my grandparents who live 40 minutes away, and I'm listening to it on repeat. I'm so excited to see what else you guys come up with together. It's going to be awesome!

Beatrice Luna Oh my. This makes me feel deeply, both poem and picture. The picture makes me homesick, wishing to be amongst the trees, the streams, and the wildlife, which is where I feel most alive. The poem conveyed emotion, it seemed to just hit home for me.

J Nate, this is just simply beautiful. Easily in my top 3 of your creations on Patreon thus far. The acoustics of the stairwell allow your tone to resonate with just the right balance. Most of your songs are very clearly written from a first-person perspective and I love the vulnerability of that. This though, this was like watching an actor take on a character that is so far from their persona but still deliver the role in such a believable way. I'm waiting in anticipation for the download, my friend. Much love!

J Nate, it's happily residing in my current playlist rotation. Glad you're able to enjoy some time on our side of the pond. Hope it is everything you're wishing for it to be. I know you're spending most of it out west but if you should hit up the NY area before all is said and done, just let me know. I've got a small place but a few traveling musical souls have found some good night's sleep on my couch and I'd be happy to host you as well :) Hugs!

Colin Edwards I like the spontaneous feel brought out by the video editing. Brief glimpses of the musician setting up, putting on his glasses before starting, these fragments showing genuine gestures, moments of vulnerability perhaps. These allow us to look beneath the skin of an otherwise well rehearsed and polished performance.

Colin Edwards Ha... this is the antithesis of the modern music video. The walk sums up the song title I guess, like each step is a bit of an effort, then we get this moment of brisk action, striking the window bars and tossing the stick aside with an I don't care gesture. this video has style :o)

Martina Bedregal Calderón A very soulful cover of this great and sociocritical song of John Lennon. It's still so true and close to the situation in our countries nowadays.

Martina Bedregal Calderón The call is there, and who wants to see sees the truth. The problem is that many people are numbed by TV, politics, news, media and simply don't want to listen/see and stand up for changes....
