Sarah Ruth Jansen grew up in Southwest, where she discovered the great passions of her life: bicycling, philosophy and writing. Sarah worked as a journalist, philosophy professor and pro mountain biker before publishing her first book, "Pedaling Home: One Woman's Race Across the Arizona Trail," a philosophic "adventure memoir" about winning the longest (and quirkiest) trail bike race in the world!

Sarah has a knack for storytelling -- a talent she wishes to develop in order to pen adventurous, philosophically inspired tales about ordinary people in ordinary circumstances doing extraordinary things -- what Sarah calls "experiments in living."

Patrons will enjoy exclusive access to Sarah's short stories, as well as book discounts and book giveaways.

Thank you for your support! Keep up the experiments in living! ;-P
