Welcome to my Patreon! This is your first step into enhancing the quality of your life and health, and my hope is to help you on your journey through real honest advice and fitness and health tips!

My name is Shelby, and I am an AFAA certified personal trainer. I have been training people in their homes and gyms with functional, fat loss, strength, and rehab training for about four years so far but I know that this is only the beginning. I have always had a passion for helping others and for learning how to help and enhance the human body through natural methods and remedies. So here I am now! Combining modern workouts and centuries old health tips to create New Primal Fitness! I am so excited to be able to venture into the Patreon world and see how I can answer questions some of you may have through my experience of the many questions I have had! 
There is always a goal to have, and I believe there is always more to learn!

How your contributions would help me is by providing resources for me to continue learning and providing you all with the most reliable information there is on how to take care of your health! I would always rather someone take the time to learn what their body actually is trying to tell them rather than wait for disease and doctor bills. It is possible! And I am here to help you all find where to get started today on your own journey!
