I am Tanubodhi, full-time yoga instructor, and Yoga has changed my life.
In a way, it showed me a path and gave me the purpose to share my experience with others. For me, the meaning of yoga is balanced “UNITY” among Body, Mind and Spirit. In the western world, most people think that Yoga is just about stretching and flexibility, instead, it stems from a deep understanding of the mechanics of the body and uses yogic postures - yogasanas - to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy.

I am passionate about sharing my love for Yoga, Meditation and teach with an authentic and fun approach. My vision is very clear: it is promoting growth at a physical level, as well as offering tools to gain equanimity for an Emotional, Mental and Spiritual well-being.
8 years ago I started my spiritual journey with meditation and I have been practising yoga for the past 4 years.

I practice Vipassana meditation, Pranayama (Breathing technique), Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga on a regular basis and I completed the 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training at IndeaYoga in Mysore, India, under Bharath Shetty.
I have been teaching yoga as group classes and private sessions and am extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing a safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for yogis of all levels.
