About

Welcome. I am so thankful you are here, and that your eyes, with all of their unique and brilliant color and quirks, are reading these words...
The truth is that I absolutely need you, and asking for your support scares the shit out of me (symptoms of false meritocracy and toxic masculinity culture eh?)

We are living in remarkable, beautiful, terrifying, horrid, and brilliant times.

I am being called to open and to engage. I am being called to sing and to write, to fight and to listen, to breathe and to bow.

This online space serves as a container to hold the pain and the grief, the overwhelm and the fear. It is a space to share the limitless joy of being, the rushing waves of creation, the dazzling array of human emotion and expression. This is a community of music, of story, of conversations and dedications to each other and to ourselves.

I want to be supported by you. I want to be held accountable to the expression and creativity surging through me that so easily can become numbed by de-prioritization, fear, culturally imposed pathology. You are going to be holding me as I grow and learn, and I vow to support you in the ways that I can and create a healthy exchange and online community. I so deeply long for this, as I find myself scrolling through the algorythmically designed corporate landscapes, searching for the next dopamine hit of a stressful article, apocalypse meme, advertisement embedded in my friends words about their trip to Bali...

We’re going to listen and write about the restoration of ecosystems, the emotional and phycological tolls and grapplings of climate catastrophe, the resistance and fight against right wing authoritarianism, settler colonialism, white supremacy and patriarchy, and the wild call of the coyote. We’re going to dive into regenerative agriculture and permaculture practices, divestment from a mechanized worldview built upon detachment and scarcity, and feel into the places of power that lie waiting for remembrance. We’re going to create authentic culture and ask questions about the nature of modernity and wildness, of resilience strategies and mysteries.

Through supporting me in this vulnerable way, through your energies and money, attention and sensory intimacy, you are helping me grow into the person that this earth and these times truly need of me. For that, I cannot thank you enough.

Thank you for being here.
