About Fellowship Through Fitness

I am a fitness practitioner working within communities to help people gain respect for their bodies and develop their mental strength through challenging workouts that incorporate activities from many disciplines including Martial Arts, Weightlifting, Pilates and HIIT.

At this point in time, I am drawn to join the fight against drug addiction and so my partners and I disciple drug addicts in various stages of recovery, to deal with the deep emotional trauma they have internalised that have caused their dependency on substance abuse.

We use intense physical activity to break down the walls and then deal with the spiritual strongholds that keep addicts in perpetual slavery...

Our goal is to shape people physically, emotionally and spiritually...
