About Alexander Frederick Roth

Artist, Husband, Stepfather, Student, Activist, Nerd, Earthling, He

Hi! In the spirit of reconciliation I would like to acknowledge that I live in the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, Piikani), the Tsuut’ina, the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations, the Métis Nation (Region 3), and all people who make their homes in the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta. I call Mohkinstsis my home but I have also spent a significant amount of my life in Vienna, the birthplace of my mother.

I have three e-books published, they are named "This is not a Masterpiece", "This is not a Masterpiece II" and "Microfiction Collection That Ended Up Frightening Me". All three are available on Wattpad, and "This is not a Masterpiece" is available for sale on Amazon, Apple Books, and Blurb. "This is not a Masterpiece" is also available as a paperback on Amazon. "This is not a Masterpiece II" is ongoing and I will be adding to it until I no longer can. I also wrote a script for a short graphic novel called "Nodes" that I handed to my sister that she will be illustrating. Furthermore, I have an ongoing photography journal project that I plan on ending when I die and I have a work called "Photoshop Monday" on Flickr which is complete. I also have a blog with thoughts and happenings. Have an extremely tiny video-game published too, it's called "On My Way To Berlin".

I believe in strong constitutions that enshrine human rights, which to me include basic needs to live in dignity and the suppression of anti-constitutional activity, borrowing from the German basic law. I would describe my politics as red. I am also a global federalist. I am a member of the International Freelance Photographers Organization, the Writers Guild of Alberta, and Starfleet International. I am also a political science major at the University of Calgary.
