Help me keep our Free series going by pledging to my cause. My goal is to keep painting live and broadcast concept art tutorials to reach and help more aspiring artists to go pro.

"Real-Time" series is a video blog series where I paint in real time and talk about some of the techniques I use in production concept art making. Run time about 1 hours each video.

"Visual Development" is a Video Tutorial series where I take a painting from start to finish explaining each step of the way in depth, and share the tips and tricks in making production level concept art illustrations. Run time about 2 hours each video.

"Critiques/Paintovers" Is a Video series where I will take viewer submitted paintings and try to improve them on the fly, and explaining each decision I make as I paint over top of the original painting. This will help aspiring artist greatly in improving their skills and understanding of the craft. Run time about 30min to 1 hours each video.

"ArtCast" is a New experimental Video Podcast series where I will be joined by Professional Artists/producers in the industry to talk about the current topic that matters to us and the viewers. We will chat about whats going on in the industry, answer viewer questions, and generally just have a good time. This series will need your help to get going full-speed.


"ArtCast" will be co-hosted by "megajepps", an accomplished VJ visual artist who has extensive animation and visual arts experience. Our guest list grows each day and we add more names to the run list, we have access to professional artists from EA, Redsteam, Ubisoft, Valve, and Blizzard to join our discussion each video. 


Frank Hong
Illustrator

Frank Hong is an artist working in film and video games. He started his career in games after graduating with a Bachelor of Animation. He worked as a concept artist for Pacific Rim, Godzilla, RoboCop etc before becoming a Freelance artist. He has also worked in the VFX team as a Digital Matte-Painter for Oblivion 2013, Hannibal TV series, Copper and Hemlock Groves.
