Flyleaf Journal is creating
a monthly printed literary periodical
READ. SIGN. SHARE.
Milestone Goals
Publish two additional stories during the year
About
Fyleaf Journal is a literary journal unlike any you've seen before. Each story is produced as a two-sided, four-panel gatefold that opens up to reveal a literary and graphic landscape. Printed on the finest paper, each story is integrated with the photographs and illustrations of a graphic collaborator, designed exclusively for that story. As a subscriber, a new short story will be delivered to your mailbox every month. We publish both emerging and award-winning national and international writers and illustrators.
Our stories are printed so that they can be read anywhere at anytime, making them portable, shareable, and collectible. We encourage our readers to pass the story along to friends and family once they have finished reading it. Simply sign your name on the back in the Reader History Log and send it off. We invite you to enlist in our mission to preserve the short story form while supporting talented writers and illustrators.

Your support through Patreon will allow us to continue to publish short stories and narrative art of the highest caliber. With your help, we will be able to build the literary community, not only through our publication, but through social events such as readings, workshops, and other festivals. As of this moment, we are only able to produce one piece of fiction per month, however, we would love to see that number grow to two or three stories.
We thank you for your time and consideration in helping us make a bigger impact in the lives of fellow writers and artists.
Sincerely,
