Townsfolk

Patrons at this tier get only minor updates: A single sub-class, a page or two of system-agnostic fluff that might be donated to the Creative Commons anyway, some stray Fate stunts, that kind of thing.
However, patrons at this level also get to vote on the poll to pick our glorious nation's national focus, helping to determine what the next month's Kickstarter will be. Polls are not binding, but I certainly take notice when lots of people with a proven willingness to spend money all say they would like a thing.

Town Guard

The tier for people who're here for bonus content. Full classes for 5e, system-agnostic campaign frameworks, videos with professional voice actors reading the scripts, that kind of thing. Bonus content will be digital-only and may or may not find its way into print form in a Kickstarter someday.
There won't necessarily be a major update for Patrons every month. I'll do my best, but unless my Patreon backers overtake my Kickstarter audience, the Kickstarters have to come first.

Adventurer

You get digital releases of $5 Kickstarters. Yes, this means you will get a better deal by backing the Kickstarters individually, and if your goal is to get my books for as little money as possible, you should be on Kickstarter, not Patreon.
When I have leftover $25+ (or sometimes higher) rewards on Kickstarter, randomly selected patrons at this tier might get them. Depending on how practical that is.
I might solicit this tier for thematically relevant characters to stick on covers or use in titles sometimes, in the same way that books like "Irena's Guide to Intrigue and Illusion" and "Bianca's Guide to Golems" were named after characters of some of my early supporters.

Watcher

Once the many-eyed watchers ruled over the multiverse. Their ancient empire is long since fallen, and most of them have come to the conclusion that ruling all was way more stress than it was worth anyway, and have instead become eccentric hobbyists who do things like pay $100 a month to a guy who makes roleplaying games. Several of these have come together to form the Optical Society, an illustriesque gathering of the bold, the cunning, and the most-certainly-not-doddering.
Patrons at this tier get an official member of the Optical Society, with an illustration and a description of what they're doing with their phenomenal arcane power now that the empire is a distant memory. The Optical Society will be gathered together into a hall of fame sort of document just as soon as someone actually backs at this tier (with a few weeks of lag time while I get the illustration ready). The listing of watchers will be in order of which ones have supported at this tier for the longest amount of time, and people who've been at this tier for a while may get impressive sounding names like "Grand Magus of the Optical Society, Platinum Grade" or "Chief Quartermaster of Weaponized Optometry." If you are awarded such a title, feel free to use it on your resume.
I anticipate this will be quite an exclusive club, on account of it's a lot of money for a gimmick reward.

Goals
Patreon dollars count for double, though, because they're purely digital rewards - no printing or shipping costs. That means that if the Patreon reaches this level, the Traveler's Guide series should be comfortably sustainable even if the Kickstarters don't do any better in the post-OGL crisis world than they did before.
