Character/enviroment concept art workshop

I worked at a game company called Bioware for a few years as a concept artist on the Mass effect franchise. I learned a lot there and I'd love to share the things I've learned from my amazing mentors there :D !.When we reach this goal, I will creat a series of tutorials and workshops focusing
on concept art. Environment, Characters,how to put together a portfolio, how to design, etc. I swear There were things I had no idea of until I joined the company.

I can certainly host small monthly challenges for all my tier 2 + patrons ( 1 entry per ) and each month there will be a new theme/challenge.The winner will receive 1 medium wacom tablet.
as for the voting process I will let you guys decide :) the judging system is for all participants(only) to vote for two of their favorite(they cannot vote for themselves), and the image with the most votes will win. If there are any ties, I will then step in and pick one.
