This amount per month would actually pay for my rent and my studio fee, which would mean I could shift my work balance from 'mostly freelance illustration with some ceramics on the side' to 'mostly ceramics with a some freelance illustration on the side'. I could spend several, or even most, days a week at the studio, sculpting horrible weird monsters and cute little teacups. That would be SUPER AWESOME.

I'm working at Penguinfoot Pottery, which offers open studio space and the firing and glazing of 25 pounds of clay for 100$ a month. This is the best deal in town that I've found, plus the staff of the studio are really nice guys. I'll be using Patreon support to offset the monthly studio fee!

I create completely unique housewares such as coffee mugs, teacups, teapots, flowerpots, planters, and pendants by hand, which are put up for sale in my storenvy shop. My inspirations are the natural world as well as the supernatural: cats, bats, jellyfish, unicorns and squamous nightmare horrors you probably shouldn't put your panakes on, have all been sculptural subjects. This year I hope to work with even more strange and silly creatures, and I'm looking forward to collaborating with patreon patrons to keep creating fun and funny stuff!
