Gabriele Ponti I had the same problem as Andrew with non-public podcasts (or any other MP3 file that I want to play in my podcasts app). If you have a hosting site that runs PHP there's a podcast_libs.php script by Sherif Mansour that you can use to create an on-the-fly feed for files stored on your site. After you install it and customize it, you subscribe to it from your app. Then you FTP files to your site, and they will appear in the feed.
