About Everyday Haiku

Hello and welcome to Everyday Haiku! My name is Anne Dunnett and I’m a haiku poet, mindfulness promoter and visual designer.

Do you feel like the world is spinning out of control? The chaos, pace and noise of modern life causes so much stress that we have lost the ability to hear the stillness of our own minds. I love to help mindfulness seekers to transform their lives through the form of haiku so they can feel a new found freedom to be in flow with the natural rhythm and seasons of life. When you do this, you will find the stillness that is missing within, giving you inner peace that contributes to healing our planet.

For five minutes a day, Haiku in Your Pocket provides you with one haiku a week to focus on. This simple little poem is a daily reminder to be present, pause, breath and relax. Every week you receive videos, weekly intentions, daily journal sheets, haiku designs to print, mindfulness tips, inspirational quotes and a reflection sheet. By the weekend you have found a new way of managing daily stress that makes you feel better.
