Actually, there are over a dozen inter-related videos (all text narratives) at my YouTube channel, sitting in a rough storyboard fashion...and offering proofs of relevant concepts.


What started out as a belief perhaps a little local "cabal" was fleecing novice homeowners for their own small collective benefit actually proved to be what seems a new trend in Oregonian and west coast officially sanctioned "creative" processing of real estate and people...beginning about 2012, and showing no signs of letting up soon. This includes appraisers who set stages for banks via "drafting" random houses as their business location, and working hard to use that against buyers with eye to quick property sales for select parties and quick chose sale/FHA bailout for accommodating regional banks looking to increase their own ratings.


I'd like to bring in other collaborators, perhaps including records researchers, investigators, and videographers, to reduce the current storyboard to a clear one-hour presentation; and to continue producing updates in serial form as to whether or not the scope is very large and the nature/results of larger west coast inquiries. Obviously, this would have some cost beyond my means, and I would need some small amount to participate myself. But this may lead eventually to a benefit for more than sponsors or myself.

This would be the closest estimate of retaining necessary licensed parties for such task per month, as same involves hiring (at rates) lawyers in at least three states, as well as researchers and incidental mobile equipment/transportation.
