Howdy, buckos.

For those of you not in the know, I'm Goldenwing, and I like miniature pastel horses. I've toyed with writing all my life, but MLP: FiM is what really kicked me into gear in the distant month of August 2012 with the first story I was willing to share: Omega. Four months later I made myself an account on, and I've been writing about ponies traveling dangerous lands in steamy airships ever since.

After four years of wrestling with Omega, I finally gave it up and started fresh with all the lessons I'd learned: Empty Horizons. Chances are that this is the very story that brought you here, for it's surely my best work so far, and I'm proud to have my it under my belt.

With Empty Horizons done and the two remaining parts of the planned trilogy before me, I've had people offer to help support me financially. I find it a wee bit crazy, as I never thought I'd be one of those guys that makes even a dollar off my equine literature, but here we are! Why should you pay me?

All I can say is, read my work. Like it? Support me and I can write more. If every person that read EH gave me just $1 a month, I could spend all my hours at home writing about colorful horses flying through the sky and diving in dangerous ruins. That means steady updates and fancy artwork. I don't know about you, but that sounds like a real dream to me.
$26 of $100 per month
I can take a day off work, sit down, and spend eight hours writing about mechanically propelled horses free of financial troubles. Whoa.
