New paintings and homing pigeons...

While creating this painting, I believe I was visited by a female homing pigeon.  I can't wait to share the magnificence of this creature with you.  I did manage to catch a few photographs and only get a wee bit of paint on the side of the camera.  The vibrant pink of her collar caught my eye like a lightning flash.  I still feel honored that I was able to provide a little bit of water.  She looked so thirsty in the hot sun.
