Chad Loeffler Agree with everything. A "Peeping Tom" taking pictures from outside the window is a crime, breaking into the house and taking the photos from a photo album is a crime, so breaking into the cloud and taking them is a crime. Accidentally viewing them, just by nature of the internet shoving everything into everyone's face, while unfortunate for the subject, has no malicious intent. But actively going to Google and searching for "Jennifer Lawrence nude leaked photo" goes back to the voyeur outside the house window looking for a sneak peek. Anyone actively uploading, sharing, reposting, etc, is committing a crime like with any other piece of content related to the digital millennium copyright act, which should also force the hosting companies to remove the photos if given sufficient notice. The only saving grace I can see for the celebrities is the internet having more fake celebrity nude photos than real ones, and a leak will probably spur everyone to create their own fake just to get views, and the real ones will eventually get dismissed and discredited.
