Hello, I'm Bee!
Freelance copywriter and creative lifestyle and book blogger, at www.vivatramp.co.uk, who can usually be found face-first in a decadent bowl of pasta.
I have come to realise that whilst pasta is life-affirming, and essentially cures all ills, it's sometimes important to look up from the bowl and make something...that isn't another bowl of pasta. And so, this Patreon was born.
What's in it for my patrons?
In exchange for your support, you'll have access to a ton of exclusive behind the scenes content.
I'm offering three reward tiers that you can subscribe to on a per-month basis: The Honeybees, The Bumblebees and The Queen Bees.
The Honeybees tier gives patrons access to all of my Patreon-exclusive lifestyle and book content, personal updates, and polls. Patrons can also share their own updates and work via the 'Community' tab. It's a much more personal version of my existing website.
The Bumblebees tier includes access to everything from The Honeybees tier as well as access to my private Instagram account full of behind-the-scenes content. You can expect days in the life, mini vlogs of my adventures, and a ton of creative content. The Bumblebees also have access to a monthly downloadable creative guide, full of prompts, advice, exercises and more, with the chance to have your very own work featured and shared with the community.
The Queen Bees get everything from the above tiers, alongside all of my creative writing content, from tailored advice posts to extensive writing prompts, from writing exercises to updates on my first poetry collection. Patrons will have access to my projects as-and-when they happen. The Queen Bees also gain access to my new and exclusive BOOK CLUB! Read a book with me every couple of months and participate in interesting discussion threads full of questions and real-time observations!
For more information, check out the rewards bar to the right. Any questions? Drop me an email at [email protected].
'After a few years of illness, I wanted to get back in touch with my creativity but I didn't really know how. Joining Bee's Patreon community has helped ease me back in with gentle, encouraging steps. It's so wonderful to discuss these things with others, as I don't have many people in my personal life at the moment, and it's really opened me and my imagination back up. I cancelled one of my favourite magazine subscriptions, choosing to put the money towards my Patreon subscription to Bee and it's one of the most lovely, easy changes I've made to my lifestyle lately' - Lauren.
'As somebody that writes several thousand words a day, joining Bee's Patreon and community has been one of the best decisions thus far this year. From the creative prompts to her insightful approach to every part of words, writing and reading, it's a great community to be part of to gently nurture your creative side. Plus, the Book Club is totally helping to keep me on track with my personal fictional reading goals' - Michelle.
'Joining Bee's Patreon page has to be one of the most positive things I have done this year. Being able to support such an inspiring lady like Bee is really pushing me to look at the world differently. I don't have a lot of confidence when it comes to reading and writing as I'm severely dyslexic so anything to do with chatting about books used to send me into such a spin and panic. I like having such a nurturing community, a safe place to read, share, take in other people's words and read Bee's poetry. Being part of this community is helping me to realise the potential of my words and drawings, so thank you!' - Ella.
Why do I need the support and what will I do with it?
It's my dream to be able to support myself by sharing what I love with other people, especially as my aching body is no longer compatible with the average 9-5.
With your support, I'll be able to focus my time and energy on my creative projects and, in turn, create some awesome exclusive content for you to sink your teeth into! I'm aiming to turn this Patreon into a resourceful and supportive hub for individuals who not only want to support my work but develop theirs too.
You don't need to consider yourself creative, however, to join in the fun. Everyone is welcome! You can subscribe on a per-month basis, from £3.50 a month upwards, and you're able to unsubscribe at any time. No hard feelings.
Your support, whether that's via a Patreon subscription or a share of this page on social media, reminds me that I deserve this space. I'll use your support to share content that strives to remind others that their creativity, however new or low-fi or niche, is just as important too.
