Q: So how do the rewards work?
A: For example, if you're a Level E patron, one of the rewards is "+7 The Big Landlord". This means you will always be 7 chapters ahead of what's available to the general public. Patreon chapters will always get updated first, before I post anything new to my website.

Q: Why can't I access ANY of the chapters in my reward tier?
A: There are two potential reasons for this.
Reason 1: Patreon needs some time to process your pledge, so you might not be able to access the chapters right away. Please wait a while and then try again.
Reason 2: You made a customized pledge inside of subscribing to a specific reward package. Patreon is structured in such a way that if you don't choose the reward tier you want, you won't get the rewards in that tier. Please double-check your pledge before checkout.

Q: Why can't I access one or two of the chapters in my reward tier?
A: There might have been a mistake during the update process. Please message me about the specific chapter that you're having trouble with and I will double-check it.
