O hai, I'm a self-reflecting raccoon who saves our floating world on paper with brushes and paint

To say it less pompously, i draw the world around like it's Edo period and "pictures of the floating world" or "ukiyo-e" are the new hip thing. People, trains, robots, rain, snow, protesters, the police that dragged me into a van... Oh, about the latter, well, it is a bit complicated being a totally honest raccoon when living in Moscow.

There's a lot of Russia here as seen from the eyes of Jewish-Russian raccoon of 24 years of age, but as i love roads, trains and ships, i paint the world. There was paintings from places like the border to North Korean city of Kaesong and there will soon be paintings from places like the inner grounds of the Imperial Palace in Tokyo.

As i am probably insane and totally not a sensible raccoon, this campaign i decided to make into my main income, and i indeed do not have any other ones. There is no Imperial Society for the Encouragement of Arts and Nicolas Roerich anymore, so i invite other insane and beautiful ones to join this journey of lights and lines.

New paintings appear each Monday and each second Thursday here before the midnight of the next day by UTC+3 (after the midnight if i am extra lazy, or do stuff like fixing my laptop again), and only here they are published early, in high resolution, and with secrety-secret backstories and descriptions on techniques and materials.

Even more, nothing is more fun than receiving once in a couple of month a personal painting on a postcard. Or even a personal print, printed straight at the ground floor of the Experimental Factory of Optical and Mechanical equipment. The journey awaits us, so push that orange button to get the best front-facing seats!
