Hello! I'm Clare, Vogue Australia's sustainability editor and the presenter of the Wardrobe Crisis podcast. Wardrobe Crisis looks at the fashion world through the lenses of sustainability and ethics.

WHO MAKES OUR CLOTHES?
Where, how & from what? How CAN WE BE MORE CONSCIOUS CONSUMERS? Embrace organic, help save the planet. Unpick supply chains. Share knowledge. Become bigger thinkers. In what ways do our CLOTHES define us? It’s time to take the power back! Why should & how can we SLOW DOWN mindless consumption, but SPEED UP the pace of positive change? Can designers save FASHION’S FUTURE?

My guests are varied, ranging from designers like Christopher Raeburn, Kit X's Kit Willow and milliner Stephen Jones to scientists like Tim Flannery, through economists, environmentalists, academics, and makers and menders (like the model Rachel Rutt) to fashion insiders such as Ari Seth Cohen who curated Advanced Style, and Paris stylist Catherine Baba. I'm asking them all for their unique take on the business and madness of fashion, the politics of personal style and the way we, as wearers, creators and consumers of fashion, interact with people and planet as a result.

I love to share these stories with you.

I mean, really love it.

It's my passion project, the thing that makes my heart sing.

The podcast is 100% independent and I fund all the running costs myself. The team editorial team consists of...me! I have no writers or researchers and no interns. This page is for listeners who love the show, and want to support it by helping cover our costs. No contribution is too small.

Thank you for helping me keep telling stories that count.

Goals
$98 of $500 per month
This campaign is designed to raise a portion of the funds required to cover the podcast's weekly production costs.
Every little helps and is very much appreciated.

No pressure! I'm just happy you are here, and happy you are listening. If you want to support the podcast in ways other than cold hard cash, you can leave a rating and review in iTunes. Or share on social media. I love my community of change-making fashion fans.

Thanks for dropping by,
