The world seems to be a wee-bit off its rocker these days, and we're doing our part to restore a little sanity to it.

Two mindful short films down, four (or more!) to go...

The first was a stunning success: a short about anger and elementary school kids, "Just Breathe" was featured on Huffington Post, Upworthy, Amy Poehler's Smart Girls...even OPRAH! Our second is recently-completed and called "Release". It addresses Anxiety through the lens of middle school kids. Both films present basic lessons in Mindful Meditation as antidotes to highly charged emotional states.

We want to continue to pass through the stages of life and the common mental/habitual state of mind that commonly arises at that time (e.g. Depression in High School, Trauma in College, Addiction &  Stress in Mid-Life, Grief in Later Years), but we need your help in order to make it happen!

If you are as passionate about Mindfulness as we are, and believe in the power of film as a healing tool, please consider donating today.

Thanks!!

We would like to raise $10,000 to make the next film on Depression in High School. Depression is the most common mental health disorder in teens, and if not dealt with effectively, can lead to bipolar disorder and worse, suicide. It’s a serious issue which must be addressed, and this is the age to tackle it before it takes over and swallows a life permanently.

After Depression, we will go to Trauma in College, Addiction in Mid-Life, and Grief in Later Years, provided we have the necessary resources to do so.
