More than just a motion capture library

The motion capture library isn’t just a motion capture library. It’s a full fat asset library, providing you with bundles, characters with complete animation sets and game templates with custom characters, just waiting for you to make the next big hit!

These additional assets are only available to Patreon supporters, of tier Developer and up. So if you would like to make your prototypes in a timeframe of a coffee brake, please consider supporting the project!

How your money is used

As one might imagine, creating an industry leading motion capture solution can be very expensive. A lot of money goes towards trial and error, mostly for the hardware development. As for the software and motion capture assets - they take an incredible amount of time to create. Even for the shortest animations there is a lot of tweaking that has to go into a mocap, before it’s production ready.

What the future holds

  • Many more assets, as well as new asset types,
  • Tools for animators, by using the available motion captures as templates,
  • Tools for game developers and game engine integrations,
  • Improved motion captures, with the addition of facial and hand tracking,
  • More user interaction features, which will allow users to even further integrate in the project development.
