As I focus on helping women developers my activities include: co-organizing Chicago Women Developers and Chicago's Write/SpeakCode meetups, participation and administration in the Chicago Tech Diversity Initiative Slack, giving paid Ally Skills Workshops, attendance and participation in other community meetups including ChiHackNight and Ladies Tech Brunch, public speaking events, curating a Twitter feed that emphasizes women developer issues and consciousness raising ideas, but primarily one-on-one conversations with URMs.

I've been supporting women and URM developers in Chicago (and a few elsewhere in the US) in various ways for years, with a real focus on the work over the past year. The thing is, it's emotional labor and it doesn't pay. It's definitely not sustainable. In an effort to not have to cut back my efforts I'm starting a Patreon to subsidize the time (opportunity cost), labor, and expenses of doing this work.
