I'll finally get to writing those oneshots from The Heir and His Knight series (aka: Jade/Karkat, Rose/Kanaya, and possibly other oneshots from this AU).
Silence is Golden Stories
I'll write a short fic (a couple chapters) about what happens with John/Dave and Dirk/Jake after the events of Silence is Golden. This will be NSFW ;)
Extra Novel-Length Fic
I'll introduce more novel-length stories and work on them simultaneously. More content to enjoy!
Audiobooks
I'll record my stories in an audio format for those who would prefer listening to reading! My voice!

My goal in life is to write stories for those who love reading, and I would love to have the support to start doing this!

Many of you know me as Wittyy. I'm the author of several fanfiction works such as Silence is Golden, The Heir and His Knight, and Of Hope and Heart. I went to school for English with an emphasis in creative and professional writing. My goal in life is to write novels and be able to support myself by doing so.
Why Patreon?
So I'm at a point in my life where I'm on my own and working a job that barely gets me by. But even though this job barely pays the bills, it does give me plenty of free time to pursue what I love: writing. By donating and supporting me on a monthly basis, you would be ensuring that I wouldn't have to get a second job. This would mean that my bills would be taken care of, and I could spend my free time writing.
Consider This:
Have you ever stayed up late reading my fics? Have you found it hard to stop reading because you were so invested in the story? When you finished, were you left in a state of wanting more and left feeling emotionally chaotic without more? Kind of like when you finish a book you really love? Because, essentially, you DID read a book. Did my work inspire you? Did it make you feel? Did it draw you in and take you on a ride that you find it hard to forget? Have you ever recommended my stories to your friends? Have my fics ever made you feel better? Helped you escape when you needed it? Would you like to read more? These are all reasons to consider supporting me.
How frequently would I be updating?
I promise a MINIMUM of two updates a month, and each updated chapter will consist of at least 5,000 words. There could be more, depending on how this goes. More support means more content.
What would I be writing?
In order to thank my fans, I will be updating existing fanfiction novels on AO3, as well as creating new stories of various lengths periodically (some long ones, some oneshots, some twoshots, ect.). My favorite fandom to write for is Homestuck, as many of you already know. If this goes well, there's the possibility of other fandoms, but I make no promises on that. I feel I have a better understanding of Homestuck characters and thus can create better content.
Supporting the Future!
So novel-length fanfiction is great, but that isn't the only thing I'll be writing. I'm close to finishing a novel that I plan on getting published. If you enjoy my writing and would like to see more original work from me in the (hopefully near) future, supporting me with just a dollar or two a month would ensure I have the time to get this done. And that would be super appreciated! So fanfiction today, published books in the future!
If this takes off like I hope it will, I'll be adding more goals. I'll also be adding more rewards as I think of them. I'm open to suggestions!
