Hello and welcome to my Patreon– a community space for you to experience and learn from my years of practicing Āyurveda, yoga, Breathwork and so, so much more. I'm Regina, a 650-hr certified Āyurvedic Wellness Counselor, 500-hr trained yoga teacher and Breathwork healer amongst other things.

My patrons will get exclusive access to my years of training in various modalities and ancient practices. I'm excited to help build an intentional community in a space where we can share ideas and connect on our journies.
