About Women's Fitness Tribe

If you are a woman who wants to become healthy and strong, you're in the right place!
The Women's Fitness Tribe is a collaborative of female fitness instructors who deliver daily
FULL LENGTH LIVESTREAM fitness classes. We teach a minimum of 15 classes LIVE per week for you to choose from.

MEET THE INSTRUCTORS!

Danja Hagie-

Danja started her career as a Health and Physical Education Teacher in NJ for 7 years and transitioned to teaching Youth Fitness at Lifetime shortly after having her daughter Camryn.  She is certified as an AFFA Group Fitness Instructor and Stages Cycling instructor. 


Miranda Mathewson-

Founder of the Fit & Healthy Tribe which has had many lives since its inception in 2012, Miranda has been teaching group fitness since 1997 (New York Sports Club, Equinox, Bally Total Fitness, Sports Equation), and before that was a dance instructor.  When the New Jersey governor shut down Lifetime Athletic in Florham Park NJ, where she was currently teaching, she realized that she missed teaching too much to take a break. She went to the Tribe and taught daily livestream fitness classes so she wouldn't go nuts and turn into a whale, and wouldn't you know, there were people on the other side of the screen who needed this service! Since then, the group has grown with both instructors and members alike- all benefitting from this symbiotic relationship and staying strong together!


Kelly Wallace-Barnhill-

Kelly Wallace-Barnhill is a RYT 200 graduate of Liberation Yoga in Los Angeles and a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Healing taught by Sarah Taylor. Before moving to LA a few years ago she studied acting in NYC in the form of the Kinetic Mind Technique, created by the legendary Polina Klimovitskaya, which explores the mind-body connection. She has been deepening her yoga training through an ongoing apprenticeship with Iyengar and meditation teacher Pagan George in LA, and is currently getting her certification as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher. Her teaching draws from many styles and influences including Iyengar, vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative, and meditation. Her goal is to help facilitate a deeper integration of all aspects of self through conscious breath, movement, and release.


Jessica Garcia-

Jessica is a ACE certified Personal Trainer, Functional Training Specialist and Health/Weight Management Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She’s Precision Nutrition (PN1) certified and Level 1 qualified TRX training & Level 1 qualified Functional TRX training instructor, STRONG by ZUMBA certified group instructor, and Boxing & Barbells certified boxing instructor. She’s a certified Massage Therapist and has completed a 512 hour course of study in the principles and practices of Sports Massage, Therapeutic Massage, and Body Work. After becoming a mother for the first time in 2019 she realized the importance and the impact pregnancy had on the mind and body inside & out, now making her a certified Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist in 2020.


Lindsey Gentile: 


Lindsey is a NASM and AFAA certified personal trainer and group instructor with more than 10 years experience. Because her mom was a personal trainer, she basically grew up in a gym and started teen Spin and bootcamp classes at a very young age. She is now a personal trainer in LA who teaches circuit and bootcamp classes all around town. For Lindsey, working out is therapy and more about how it makes you feel than how it will make you look, although, we all want to look good don't we!? She loves connecting with people and loves meeting people from all walks of life with different fitness goals and helping them be the best version of themselves. She believes that working out is just as good for your mind as it is for your body and she loves making people feel great both inside and out!
