The turning of the seasons, the winding of the snail’s shell; the growth-rings of the tree, the winding-arms of the Milky Way; the scroll of the rose, the helix of the molecule; the unspooling fall of the maple key, the phases of the moon.

The cycle of woman.

The sacred spiral is the sign of life; it is the essence of the Divine Feminine made visible. Everywhere – from the coiling of the bird’s nest and ocean wave to mandala of the snowflake and spider’s web - we see creation spinning her heartsong.

Join me over this coming year in a 12-month online courseas we walk the spiral way:

self-care
presencing
intuitive alignment
rewilding
ancestral wisdom
living creatively

Over a year of moons, we will be meeting monthly in our online “sanctuary” space to explore – and delve into our own ancestral histories of – the revival of the “spiral way” through:

*Mapping the Moon Mysteries: women’s wellness traditions; sacred feminine nutrition; multigenerational yoni/womb/pelvic & breast health; energetic hygiene

*Becoming a Story Carrier: re-membering the mythic imagination; words as folklorists; the narrative archive of place, name, & song; reclaiming ancient indigeneity through tale-tracking and storytelling

*Earth Tending: deep ecology & traditional ways of knowing; the sacred contract of living in relationship; redefining personhood; healing through reciprocity

*Medicine Keeping & Kitchen Alchemy: folk herbalism; the everyday apothecary; ancestral eating; recipe “grimoires”; food as ceremony

*Ancestral Arts: alter creation; thresholds of initiation & ritual; sacred movement & sound; ancient astrology; gateways to the imaginal realm; mystical symbols, objects, & adornment; weaving & textile skills; mytho-poetic expression; handi-“craefts”
