Do you find it hard to make it to a yoga class? Does your life just get in the way sometimes? Prefer to practice in the comfort of your own home? Consider joining my Yoga for Your Whole BE-ing program where once a month I will deliver to your inbox 4 Pranakriya & Kripalu yoga sessions. In addition, you’ll have access to all of my audio and video files from the last 5 years. You’ll be able to practice when you want, where you want, at any time you want, every day of the month if you choose.

You will receive the following each month on Wednesdays (1 practice per week)
  • 60-90 minute yoga class video
  • 20-40 minute yoga class video
  • 10-15 minute Yoga Therapy Tune In
  • Meditation or Pranayama audio or video

Yoga class types will vary from mixed level, gentle, chair and vigorous with variations and modifications provided. 

In addition to movement for specific body parts, the Yoga Therapy Tune-ins will also include using yoga to create functional movement.  For example, ways to strengthen the leg muscles to help with picking things up or getting up from a chair.

Note:  You may want to have a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a blanket, yoga strap and bolster for some of the practices. (Of course, you can also use books, blankets from your bed, a tie, and pillows)
