About Siobhan Huggins

Since July of 2017 I've fallen headfirst into researching cholesterol, the immune system, and how the inner workings of chronic disease shapes the world (and body) we live in. Along the way I've undertaken the task of high frequency testing in order to see how lifestyle factors can reflect on my (and others) blood work, showcasing not only the variability of these markers but also helping to highlight possible functions and other unexpected drivers of these markers as well.

Along the way I've highlighted the surprising variability of a marker called Lipoprotein(a) (a marker implicated in heart disease risk), personally tracked the impact of temporarily illness on health markers, and written many articles as a result of reading hundreds of research papers, in order to understand how the complexity of the lipid and immune system interact together.

In May of 2018 I took the leap to devote my full time to this research, working alongside Dave Feldman in an effort to not only uncover important information but also to help share it with others.

With your help, I can continue not only researching, but personally putting ideas about cholesterol and health to the test through at least a dozen separate experiments planned (and the list is only growing).

Any and all donations are highly appreciated, and will help further the research. :)
